I guess it is from everyone hunting and gutting the deer in the woods and leaving the guts there. If someone wants to hunt that is there business, I just dont understand it. Doesnt interest me in the least to get up in the dark and cold and go sit out in the woods and wait for a prey animal to come by so I can shoot it. To each his own. We sure have plenty of folks around here that hunt.
