I am in the middle of an anxiety attack. Not a severe one, just enough to give me a little upset stomach and jitters. I started thinking about my current boyfriend. Our relationship isn't going very good. I wrote him a note a few days ago thanking him for everything he has done for me etc... and he said he will not write me back, he doesn't know what to say or doesn't want to say it. Our relationship is mostly platonic right now. I think he is afraid that I still have feelings for the Ex, that I'm hooked up on him still. I do find that I am still seeking his approval and I admited that. Its hard to break habits. The new b/f feels he may be a re-bound boyfriend. I don't know. Maybe we should just stay friends, I don't know what he wants. I'm his first g/f in 10 years. I think I freaked him out. We do enjoy spending time together. Maybe we should just keep it at that. I will ask him today about how he feels.
I have alot of running around to do today. I have to go over to EOC, the people that did my house and do a couple things there. Then over to Target, Petsmart, ACMoore, BestBuy and grocery. If I have time. I have a 1:00 appt with my counseler. This would be a good time to dicuss the current B/F. Ok everyone have a good day....

Nothing wrong with going slow as long a BF is okay with that. Praying wisdom and insight for you. - Barbara
Best thing to do is go slow with this friendship...and after all those years of being married it is normal to still feel connected to your x-husband.
love ya,

Awww Linda sounds that at the moment its best to have just a friendship - like your not ready for a full blown relationship at the mo - talking to your counsellor will help - let us know how you get on hun. Love Laine xxx

Hope you are feeling less anxious now ~ staying friends is a good idea if that is what you want to do ~ but it will still be nice to spend time together ~ hope you managed to get all your running around done ~ Ally
have a good week:)

It's far better to go slowly in a relationship Linda. Just be friends and enjoy each others' company. Don't rush, he may think you just want a new dad for the kids. I hope you get all your errands done. Jeannette xx
