Wednesday-hump day

I am feeling tired and draggy today.  No energy at all.  I don't want to go to work.  Today is payday though and I get to send my paycheck out to different people.  Lot rent is due, as well as the utility bills that will come rolling in.  I have noticed that every since my dryer died and I've been drying clothes the old fashioned way, my electric bill is about $20 cheaper a month.

My vegetables and flowers are coming along.  My pansies are doing great and I hate to throw them out and replace them.  So I think I'll keep them until they are done.  I think the squirrels have been digging up my bean seeds however.  Sneaky jerks.  Maybe I will have to put wire down over the seeds until they come up.  Well, time to get ready for work.  Linda

Thanks to Donna for my graphic today...

Hope you will be feeling better soon ~ well done on saving $20 on your electricity bill ~ I always dry laundry out when it is possible ~ I wouldn't throw the pansies out until they were done ~ they are such pretty plants ~ good luck with your vegetable patch hope you can protect it from those squirrels ~ Ally

I am having a problem with those pesky squirrels in my urns digging up the flowers. Guess I will have to get some more of that smaller chicken wire. I already have some over the half barrell. My zinnias are around three inches tall and they keep doing that. I hope you feel better as the days goes along. Hugs, Helen

I got rid of my tumble dryer years ago, don't see any point in them unless you need clothes ultra quick! I dry all my stuff in the bathroom, it dries overnight. I hope the squirrels don't ruin all your garden. Jeannette xx  http://journals.aol.co.uk/jlocorriere05/Welcometomytravels/
