What kind of birdseed do you feed the little birds (wren's right?)

That is what our feeders have been looking like lately after the snow covered all their chances for finding seed out there. We have TONS of bluejays and chickadees around...a few cardinals I'm seeing yet too! I have to refill our large feeder every three days now.
My birdfeeder has been full of birds also now that winter has made it's arrival. You just reminded me to go out and check the levels of seed. Don't want them running out.
